From the first minute you walk into our dental practice, you can be sure to expect genuine, compassionate, and respectful treatment. Even if it's been a while since your last dental cleaning, we are a no-judgment zone. We build our patient relationships on integrity and kindness.
We take pride in the dental staff that we have built, and we want you to get to know Dr. Perets and everyone on our team. It's easier to come in for dental emergencies or when something seems abnormal when a patient relationship exists. Dr. Vitaly Perets
Dentist
Dr. Perets grew up in Sioux Falls and attended Roosevelt High School. He and his wife Vanessa both went to college in Texas. Dr. Perets’ first professional career was in accounting. He later went back to school to pursue dentistry. He graduated from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in 2018 with his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After having their third child, Dr. Perets and his wife decided to move back home to Sioux Falls to be closer to family.
He and his family are so happy to be back in Sioux Falls and are very excited to have purchased Dr. Koch’s dental practice. Dr. Perets is passionate about dentistry and providing quality care for his patients. He loves helping his patients get back on track with their oral health, as well as working in a fun and engaging environment with patients of all ages.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending precious time with his wife and three children. Their family enjoys biking the trails, going on walks, traveling, and taking the kids to the park. They enjoy serving at their local church.

Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Sioux Falls, Emily completed her education at the University of South Dakota before joining us in June of 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, watching movies, walking her dog, and riding her bike.

Rachelle
Dental Hygienist
Rachelle has assisted and befriended countless patients at Complete Dental Care since 1997. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1986, remaining close to her roots.
When she's not helping people at our dental office, she enjoys camping, riding bikes, reading, and traveling.

Sydney
Dental Assistant
Sydney previously lived in Mobridge, SD and Hot Springs, SD before joining our team and making Sioux Falls her home in October 2024. She is currently attending Pacific Union College for Dental Assisting and will be graduating in May 2025. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her adorable dog Bailey and spending time with family and friends.

Alisa
Front Desk Coordinator
Born and raised in Platte, SD, Alisa obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Sioux Falls. She joined our dental team in 2020 and sincerely enjoys helping patients with anything and everything from scheduling, insurance, and billing needs. Alisa always has a smile on her face and she is great at making our patients feel right at home.
Outside of work, she enjoys completing house projects, camping with her husband, spending time with family, and riding motorcycles.

Registered Dental Assistant
Born and raised in small town Mobridge, SD, Alexa completed her education at Lake Area Tech with a degree in Dental Assisting and an associates in Applied Science. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys staying active by playing volleyball. She loves traveling, reading, listening to music, being on the water, and spending time with friends and family.

I made my second visit to Complete Dental today. Emily performed the cleaning and see was awesome! The Dr is very friendly and took the time to tell me options for implants which I declined at this time. My first visit I had a crown put on and they offer same day crowns which was very impressive. All the staff is very friendly and helpful with a genuine smile!
